Ecomotel collects the information you submit through this website, including contact enquiries and Rewards registrations, so that we can respond to you and provide the service you requested. Required fields are identified on each form.

Hotel bookings are completed on the secure website of the booking provider shown for the selected hotel, currently RoomRaccoon or Mews. Their privacy and payment terms apply when you continue to their website. This Ecomotel website does not collect or store card numbers.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Analytics is off until you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time using Consent preferences in the footer.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. We use service providers only where required to operate the website, process your request or complete your booking.
